Any volunteers around? Looking for handbook / guidelines

I've just taken on the Chair of a local mums' support group. The committee has no guidelines or handbook and I want to draw one up to cover duties and responsibilities (vacation / handover etc) as well as marketing and sponsorship policy.

Does anyone have anything similar that they could share and that I could use as a starting point?

Dunno if its the same thing, but i am ma member of a community group. We have a constitution, a child protection policy and an accounting policy. the constitution covers most of the things you have mentioned. Could email you a copy if you think it will help.
