This is going to sound stupid but when you are making a call and you are asked to make a selection for options how do you selct hash/# during the call?

To select # I need to press another button first and the system at the other end doesn't recognise it. It is probably a really easy thing to and I'm just being a stoopid lol.

Thanks!

I'm not sure which model number I've got (it doesn't say on it, though it's called a curve) but if yours is like mine (has full QWERTY keyboard) then the hash is on the Q key, so you'd need to press the alt button at the same time as the Q key. That should work during a call but I've never had to try.

Thanks Sparks, that's what I've been trying but it doesn't seem to work. Hmmm, I shall have to experiment.

Also now trying to figure out how I am logged in under my Christmas name...........a puzzling day all round <easily confused>

In which case I've no idea, I get sausage hands when I'm using mine sometimes and press multiple keys at the same time as they are so small. Good luck and let me know if you solve the problem!
