Anyone been to Ellie Sanderson bridal shop in Oxford or Beaconsfield?

I've been to the one in Oxford. It was the first shop I went to and they did have a lot of dresses to try on but they were all fairly similar styles, e.g. strapless and fitted (just not what I was after as I wanted something slightly less extravegant and more simple). Most of the dresses were pretty pricey (around the £2k mark).

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a nice experience of wedding dress shopping - they offered us champagne (my BM and I were driving so we declined) and there was a nice sofa for my BM to sit on. They did have another bride trying dresses on at the same time but the shop floor was large enough that they were using a different area.

I'd suggest seeing if they stock the styles/designers you like, as for me it just wasn't the right shop for what I wanted, but the shop and staff themselves were very nice so if they have what you're after I'd suggest going. Hope that helps?

That does help. I am seeing them on 8th March, and they did explain how pricey they are I will go for the experience and see but I think that's the problem I love some of their dresses online but they are more than I was looking to spend. So I will see what happens

There are three dresses I fell in love with online, and they stock all three. I am excited to try them on and see if they would look good on me as in the pics. I figure as we are going abroad just the two of us, I can spend more on my dress but at the same time I am going with a clear head...kinda..lol.

Did you get offered champagne too? The other bridal shop I tried offered buck fizz, however I was too busy being a princess for the day in the dresses that I did not get a chance to drink it lol. Its a nice touch though.

Sorry just saw your ticker you don't have long to go, so stupid question asking you if you got your dress. Did you get yours in Oxford? Where are you getting married?
