Anyone else having ivory and brown colour scheme?

Not sure about grey suits with brown though. Are you sure about those?

I had this debate with H2B a few weeks back

Original colour scheme was Chocolate Ivory & Turquoise - until H2B said he wanted a light grey suit...

Now I didn't think that brown and grey would go and we argued about it for ages and finally decided to remove the chocolate element and are now leaning towards Turquoise Ivory and Grey with hints of purple inspired by this flower...

We're having grey suits too, and our main colour is peacock blue, love the flowers above!

Your both right and I completely agree chocolate brown and light grey dont go! BUT I still like the idea of creams, browns, golds, ivory and white.......but when I say brown, I'm now talking light brown, mocha, baileys type colour...would this be any better? I'm going dress shopping next week but I am definitely thinking I want a lace dress as Ive seen loads I like, so would like to bring lace in to my theme too...on the cake, invites, decorations...

Our theme was brown (with some copper, ivory etc) and I had a lace dress too - good choice!

This is the kind of look I'm going for...Joe Coles wedding from OK magazine (ha ha), but with ivory waistcoat and goldy tie...although does look lovely all in grey.......

I'm a Claire too! I also had a brown and ivory theme with hints of gold. Our ushers were in grey too!

We're having a chocolate brown theme with champagney/gold and ivory.

Originally we were having Tiffany Blue and chocolate brown but it was proving impossible to colour match everything

So opted for chocolate brown as our main colour with a goldy champagne colour and ivory.

Men are wearing Bourneville suits by Moss Bros, bridesmaids are wearing chocolate brown with champagne sashes, men are wearing brown suits with gold cravats and waistcoats. h2b is wearing same but with a chocolate brown cravat

The suits are dark with a hint of brown, we didn't want everything to be chocolate! Too much chocolate definitely is not a good thing

We had a theme of ivory, chocolate, gold/champagne and orange flowers. We got the boy's ties from M&S, about £4 each IIRC. Just to give you an idea....
