anyone else having problems replying or posting?

I can't reply when on my works PC anymore, been working from home today so multitasking lol.

We use ie9 at work and it's pants.

Sorry to hear you are having problems using the forums. Are you using Internet Explorer?

Can you please visit https://supportdetails.com/ from the browser you are using, and enter my email address aimee@hitched.co.uk. This will send me all the details about the browser you are using.

Are you able to use any other browsers? We recommend using Google Chrome as it is faster and more reliable, but I understand this isn't always possible if you are at work.

Are there plans to resolve the issues on IE? Not everyone has the ability or desire to use Google Chrome.

I can't post anything from my work computer (IE 10 I think) it just vanishes. Seems fine on tablet.

I know a lot of people have been saying they're having problems. I'm using Firefox and haven't had any issues.

Hello, testing?!? I can't post from work, no option to upgrade, I also can't use my phone all the time, so sadly looks like I won't be posting anything in the final run up to my wedding ( don't all be too happy!)

This makes me sad.

I wonder how many potential new customers hitched are losing?

I also can't always post from my iPhone the yellow post button doesn't always respond (not just here) so that only leaves my iPad. Typing out a response 3 times on 3 different devices certainly stops me posting. What is the value in paying to advertise when you then can't post!

Google chrome is not an option it also doesn't work with certain websites like Experian

This is exactly whats happening for me too..i downloaded chrome to use on the side and will uninstall if and when hitched gets it sorted..it's much slower and annoying having to use a different browser just for on here.

Sorry there are some of you still experiencing problems posting using Internet Explorer to post and reply. We are looking into this with urgency this morning.

The Thomson banners have been causing a problem in older versions such as IE7, our technical team have resolved the issue for IE dating back to 2007, but earlier then that is still running a problem.

I am aware there are many of you unable to upgrade to a newer browser version due to restrictions at work, so we are doing our best to fix this for you.

It's not just IE, I get error messages in Chrome too - the post does go through, but you have to hit the back button to get to it, and then refresh.

Quick reply works with no problems though.
