Anyone else packing for Glastonbury?

I'm not going this year (stoooopid baby!) but pretty much all my friends are. My facebook is full of their increasingly excited updates about tents and boozes and waterproofs.

Er, I was going to lay off it this year after last year's experience ? I didn't realise it was 7%, it doesn't taste like it. My sister and I were buying two pints each, each time we went up. I will never forget the look on my H's face; he looked horrified, he had never seen me in that sort of state before!

Back in the day they used to sell it in 2 litre bottles. Try finding your tent in the dark after a couple of those!

You can't go to Glastonbury and not have The Pear. Them's the rules, sorry.

Brillant. H and I have been packing this evening and drinking Pear Cider to bring the festival that little bit closer!

I'm sooooo excited. The weather looks like it is going to be great.

Lots of my friends are staying at home coz of babies I'm going to be parting twice as hard on their behalf.

No Glastonbury for me this year (have been going since a kiddie and actually met W2B there)...but am randomly going to Switzerland big festival, St Gallen Openair and really looking forward to it...its this weekend too...and I concur - the Pear is the only way to go, and I do miss the 2l bottles...

...whats more! Whay arent you there yet? Opens Tuesday afternoon, no?!
