Oh my gosh, that place looks amazing!!

I hate that im so terrible at geography and not very well traveled, its like a bloody minefield to me!! half the time i dont have a clue where im even looking!!

If it's any help we went to the travel agents & got loads of brochures. Ruled out places due to cost or the weather at the time of year. Got it narrowed down the far east. We went to Thomas Cook & spoke to the girl in there, told her the sort of thing we were looking for & she helped us pick the hotels

Hi, we did a fly drive, 4 nights in San Francisco, 1 night in Monteray, 5 nights in Santa Barbara and 4 nights in Las Vegas. It was fantastic! I would recommend Trailfinders.com who helped us a lot. We just asked their advise and they came up with ideas and hotels. I would also recommend TripAdvisor which has millions of hotel reviews so we used that to review the hotels and then change them with trailfinders if we weren't keen. Trailfinders did all the bookings and flights and also sorted out the car hire.

Loving the caravan! here's ours in the maldives, we always do hectic holidays so for a change we wanted to go chilled, but we are doing 10 days as we were told by others 2 weeks is a bit boring, we are divers, so we'lll be doing a lot of that - well...and others things?

This is ours its a 5star adults only all inc in Cuba, we were going to Mexico but changed our mind. Luckily travel agent let us swap. You def need to sit down with a travel agent and just tell them wht kind of thing you want. Where ever you end up going hope you have a great time x x

Emmyroo how about combining Florida with somewhere like beachlike in America. That way you can have the Disney fun and then go and relax.

When I was younger we were meant to be going to Florida and then Naples for 2 weeks, it looked amazing.

Am most jealous of everyones honeymoons, we were planning to book to go to Mexico and then .. well you know what happened lol! So we are currently 'moonless and I am getting anxious to book something

Morning, we thought about the maldives too, but thought we might get a bit bored, plus we just couldn't afford it!

so we are going here in bangkok for 3 nights, here in koh samui for 3 nights, and here again in koh samui for 7 nights. then back to bangkok for a night to stay somewhere convenient for our flight the next morning. hopefully we've got the right mix of things to do and relaxation.

We're spending a week at Ceasars Palace in Las Vegas where we're getting married. Then we're off to Barbados for 2 weeks where we're staying in an amazing luxury apartment on the west coast. There's a pool and a private beach for laying about on and we'll have a hire car for the duration so we can explore the island. Barbados is full of great restaurants and Andy plans on us visiting most of them - I'm going to put on soo much weight, I just know it. We'll also spend at least one day out on a boat.

My friend has booked it for us and has advised us that we should be upgraded because she has stated everywhere possible honeymoon. Just in case we have paid for 1 up grade to the swim up room, if we are up graded from this we will have a small swimming pool of our own. But if not we won't be disapointed

I have to admit, Im not a fan of travel agents - may be useful to discuss some ideas of where they recommend, but I reckon the internet is the way to go for research, especially trip advisor...

Were going all inclusive at an adults only resort in Mexico....well if the swine flu thingy sorts itself out and if H2B is over his op and back on his feet again by then.....not looking good at the moment!
