Anyone having a small wedding?

We have 40 in the day (well actually now 38) and an extra 10-20 in evening

We have 40 for the day and 80 for the evening. I think - it may be a couple more or less.

I had 15 guests for the whole thing

We've invited 23 (including a 2 year old). Everyone has so far said they're coming but obviously if anyone cant come in the end the numbers will only get smaller!

Wow i thought my wedding was a small one...50 for the day and 100 for the eve. i wanted it so it was only close friends and family, but theres just so many people we both want there .... i think it keeps things much simpler in the end xxx

I am having 60 day and 80 in total for the evening. We are sticking to close friends and family, friends from my past who I/we no longer see or communicate with will not be there.

We are having 70 guests in total, day and night.

We are having a very small ceremony and wedding breakfast, there will be 22 people which is our closest friends, my parents,my brother and his girlfriend, H2B's parents, his sister her husband and their 2 kids. i am not having bridesmaids just the 2 kids as flower girls and OH is having a best man but we are not having ushers. We will all eat round 1 table for the wedding breakfast. Then we are having a much bigger evening do inviting another 100 people for a big party.

The reason i have a massive family and it had potential to get political. And as daft as it seems i hate the idea of standing saying my vows in front of loads of people so we just chose the people closest to us.

We've got 32 guests (incl one baby) for the day and an extra 14 for the evening.

This sounds very similar to our day! We are having around 16 guests at our ceremony and reception. Then extended family and friends at our party back in England when we return.

I too have a massive family. I have no bridesmaids either.
