Anyone know about Norton Internet Security 3 user licence?

Jacksmum, 28 July, 2008 at 08:28 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 1

Hi,

I need to renew my Norton Internet Security and I notice that at PC World, the package is for up to 3 users/computers. Would this mean that I could install the software on my desktop, my laptop and then my Mum's computer (at a different address?) or would all 3 computers need to be using the same broadband account?

Thanks!

The computers don't have to be in the same place, however, the licence runs from when it's first installed so when my daughter installed it on the home computer it only had 8 months to run. FWIW I don't recommend it. I'm forever getting error messages or it's telling me there's a problem that needs a manual fix.

Have you looked at alternatives to Norton? There are better options available.
