Anyone live in South Devon?

My parents live between Dawlish and Starcross - it's really lovely down there! They seem to have a very active social calendar - my Mum volunteers at the Westbank center in Exminster and has met loads of people through that. There is also a really good wine society that meets in Cockwood.

I'm down in Plymouth but am happy to meet halfway - I only work part-time so am often free!

Unfortunatly :-( Im going to still be working in Bristol so will be away 2 nights a week but I should be free at the weekend.

I grew up in South Devon and now live near Bristol!

My folks and H's folks still live there, mine near Bovey Tracey (small world eh?) and H's in the South Hams. Dawlish to Bristol isn't a massive commute so great that you get to spend the nights back up here too. Dawlish is pretty, but compared to Bristol you might struggle for things to do culture wise! however, the secnery and beaches should make up for that.

In ways, i would love to move back but jobwise, tha is never going to happen
