I have had reaaalllly bad pains in my side for ages and doc says it is IBS and I need more fibre, and the gave me a prescript. for fybogel. I don't want to take it. I have this thing about these fibrey things that once you start on them your body never manages to get itself working without. Probably totally irrational, but I can't bring myself to drink the stuff. So, am increasing veg intake, starting on fruit which I never usually eat, and have got a reasonably high fibre muesli for breakfast.
Anyone got any tips for tasty fibre increasing thing?
and what's the thing with putting muesli in fridge overnight with milk on, or did I dream that on here?
