anyone planning on booking their honeymoon the day before??

How quick after the wedding do you want to go? What about annual leave from work etc?

Personally not doing it but I don't see why not, but I think you have to be quite flexible with dates, what if a real bargain comes up but its between XX and XX date, not for flying out quite quickly after your wedding?

We were thinking 2 or 3 days after the wedding. leave from work isnt a problem i think its quite exciting not knowing where we will be goint til weve booked it!

Yup, we're doing that too! We both have three weeks leave off work after the wedding, so we will go to a travel agents on the Monday morning after the wedding and book the next flight to anywhere!! We're not fussy where we go, we just want a break with each other, so think it's the perfect way for us to do it!

Me and oh dont have a lot of money and have his littleun every 3 days, so wedding is on a Saturday, shes picked up by her mum on the monday after at 12pm and we pick her back up on the thursday at 12pm so was thinking of trying to book a holiday on the sunday to go monday afternoon/evening and fly back either wednesday or thursday morning. just pop to italy for a couple of days as neither of us have ever been and really want to.

we're going to take littleun to Disneyworld Florida in 2014, will end up being on our 1st anniversary so thats more going to be a honeymoon/family holiday but it would be nice to sneak away straight after so i'm gonna see how things work out

We were thinking of booking something with the Eurostar. Offers come up all the time to Paris or something. I have dealt with them before on the phone and they are so helpful. Had all tickets and a hotel booked in 20 mins, and they were matching prices I found online!

I am waiting til a month or 2 before the wedding to book in hopes of a late deal, but I'm too much of a control freak to leave it til actually after the wedding!

I no i love the idea of just going to the travel agents and finding somethng and just going!!! so exciting!!
