Mine came from Hallmark, but I am sure a good few HIBs on here do them. Puddy cards definately does.

I got a pack of 5 blank cards and envelopes from Hobbycraft, and a few different stick on bits to make my own and it was really easy! I got some rubber stamps of a heart that I just stuck on to the card so that it was 3D, stuck little tiny pearl looking stickers around the heart in a circle, then the rest I covered with different words associated with weddings that you simply rub on. It looks really professional but can still tell that it was hand made with love!

Think mine was from funky pigeon of all places!
