Oh you've just reminded me that I wanted to watch it for that reason.
Ooooh it's in Newcastle as well. It must have been filmed a while ago, it certainly ain't warm enough to be stood outside without your arctic coat at the minute
I was going to until I ruined it for myself and read in the paper what it is. I'm not bothered about seeing it now. That's not meant to suggest that anyone would be disappointed, just that it killed my own curiosity. I'm such a child.
How is that an antique? I thought it was going to be a little old lady who found a lost master in the attic, not the bloody council who own a large piece of modern art by a very famous sculptor. I want my money back. ?
Bah. It would have been far more theatrical had it been an unsuspecting little old lady who had some unloved family heirloom squirrelled away in the sideboard for the past 50 years.
Me too. Quite sad that it was that - was hoping for something more like the faberge broach they've just shown (which I think is gorgeous even if I would never wear it myself).
I've been avoiding this post as I was watching on delay TV - and really excited to see it. I too feel cheated - It's not the same when it belongs to the council is it?
I've just looked it up on the BBC News website, that's a bit dull! I thought it would be something someone had hanging in their lounge for years or something exciting.
