Are there any other norwich brides buying from berketex brides? Is it closing down?

Hi guys. I got a phone call from berketex brides in norwich to come and pick up my veil. But the lady said I had to come collect it ASAP as that store (not the company) is closing. I asked about my dress and fittings which won't be untill jan/feb time. She said we are trying to get to get all the dresses in store to be collected for next week. I was like bug what about my fittings and alterations they can't be done in a week surely? And plus I'm losing weight so they said jan/feb is a good time to start the fittings. I asked where my dress would sent to and what do I do now re fittings etc. she said not to worry they would write to me! I'm freaking out I might collect my dress if its inshore next week and get someone a&e to alter it for me. Only needs taking up at bottom and fitting correctly. I'm really panicking. They say the store will close next Friday. The nearest store is Peterborough which isn't a major issue. I def will not be paying for alterations if they aren't doing them for me! Any one else facing this problem? X

I ordered a dress from Berketex Bride in Aberdeen on 10 November. I was visiting my sister there but I actually live in Cambridge so the fact that the shop assistants said they could transfer my order to Norwich was a big factor in my decision. I've now realised that they must have known the Norwich store was closing and they didn't tell me, which is really dishonest of them! I'm so disappointed and worried about how they're going to do my fittings and alterations I also wanted to try the dress on again but I guess I'll have to go to Peterborough or London, which is a pain.

If it wasn't for this forum thread, I wouldn't have found out, because Berketex Bride hasn't contacted me (even though I requested an appointment at the Norwich store on their website) and the website still mentions the Norwich store, without explaining it has closed:
