Argh my hotmail's been hacked - please help

Someone hacked into my account. Sent out dodgy emails about cheap electrical goods to everyone in my contact list. Then deleted the emails from my sent items. then deleted all my contacts and somehow stopped my msn from working :'( Now ive lost everyones email address and I cant get msn to register the fact that im online. I hate computers. DOes anyone know what I can do to get my msn back or my hotmail contacts. pleeeeeeeease :'(

    The only way that you can re-gain access is to either successfully answer your secret questions, or e-mail hotmail and tell them what has happened.

    It also sounds like you may have keylogging software on your machine if they have managed to gain access to so much. Make sure that you virus and spyware software is up-to-date, and make sure that you run them before doing anything, especially internet banking.

    Ive not lost access ive just locked all my contacts and the ability to use msn. I can log onto msn but other people cant see me and I cant see if they are online. Its crap. Its a work laptop and they told me they had updated all the antivirus stuff etc Smiley sad
