Would something like this work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WHITE-WROUGHT-IRON-SHABBY-CHIC-GARDEN-OUTDOOR-ARCH-ARCHWAY-WHITE-/200942431954?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2ec91a2ed2

It's available to buy now and they're based in Loughborough.

    Good luck!

Cant the venue organise a replacement?

what's it made of, could a trellis arch decorated in flowers work?

Garden Centres might be a good place to start?

but, I would expect the venue to be helping resolve this!!

If the one on ebay would work, I'd try to insist they buy from ebay if there's no other choice - they may be ok if it's a trusted seller and there's a fair bit of protection through paypal/ebay if things go wrong. As others have posted they should really be sorting this out, it's really bad that they're not trying to find a replacement so I'd encourage them to purchase through ebay if it's the only one you can find. Or could you buy it and insist they take it off the venue cost?

I know this isn't a huge amount of help but when I went to the National Space Centre Wedding Fair last year in Leicester there was a company who rented archways. I can't remember their name as I didn't need one so didn't keep the card but it means that places to do them!

There must be an event stylist somewhere in the west midlands that rents out the arches.

This place does them but is too far away.
