Do you think it would be tacky to have a few artificial flowers in my bouquet? I'm doing my flowers pretty much by myself, and cherry Blossom, which I've my heart set on, is proving difficult to find.

No I don’t at all. Mixed in with some real flowers or greenery it’ll be lovely. Orange blossoms are a lovely choice.
