I haven't actually got a bolero yet. Its a picture i found online, which i'm taking to the dress maker with me on saturday and hopefully we'll be able to make one the same.

I wasn't really sure if it would go with my dress, which is why i made the moodboard maybe see if you can do the pictures next to each other. you never know!

So many lovely pics ladies! I just started going through and commenting on all the things I love but then it was getting ridiculously long!

Flumpkin - the dress is "Alexa" by Maggie Sottero. It looks like you're not too far from London - I tried it on at Mia Sposa in Hatton Gardens. The corset in it is amazing - it totally pulls you in at the waist!

Yes sat and did them this afternoon ? They are the rainbow AB crystals so very sparkly!

Mine! Just whipped it up. My theme is English picnic crossed with Aussie BBQ. My dress is a cute but understated Cecily Ivory from BHS, my shoes are the lovely gingham picnic pumps from Rocketdog, I made my own bouquet with buttons, made my own tiara which is very similar to the one above, made my Harry Potter confetti for the tables, made my Mr. Mrs bunting similar to above, made my little gingham packages of jelly beans for favours, made my moustaches for the straws, and various other bits! My church and venue are also above.

Waggamama, i love the confetti made out of paper, what are you using it for?

Thanks DWC, it's really cool, I'm using it to scatter on top of the tables at the meal, used a Harry Potter book as their my OH and I's favourite nostalgic series!
