As the title says...
Had some time at Hobbycraft and found some lovely, colour coordinated ribbon to make some mock up invites and arranged with my graphic designer friend to pop round for a visit next week to do that bit of them.
Then had a lovely long lunch with my friend who is making my cake and talked all things baking, have decided on cake and decorations (4 tiers, from top down... fruit/carrot/chocolate/fruit with white icing, ribbon to match bridesmaid dress and two vintage brooches on tiers 1 and 3 which will be given to the mums as gifts)
Then walking down the hill to get my car I passed the dress shop and saw MY dress hanging at the end of the rail 
Then got home to a beautiful pink, handwritten envelope... I opened it to find my fabric swatch from Ritva Westenius with a lovely wee note from the owner of my dress shop
Yay!
Shame that school starts back next week and I will have to tear myself away from all the wedding planning until the October half term break!!
