Aftanoon ladies......as the title implies, its all about back fat & bingo wings ?
I need to seriously tone both areas to the point of extinction within a month - am working full time, so not got masses of spare hours to do lots, and haven't got a pit of cash to pour into a PT or something similar, what is the best & quickest foolproof way of shifting these pesky buggers??!
What did you do to shift yours?
