Ok so heres my full report for you all ... Booked in for 2:30 , and it turns 2:15 - my mum still isn't back from the hairdressers after being there since 11 - so ring her up - she's running late , so i had to ring the shop to tell them we were going to be late ! She was fine with it told me not to panic so anyway comes 3 o'clock and we set off - arrive in the shop which was all closed off at the back just for me !!
So she sits me down asks about styles , shown her my book and she asks me about where im getting married etc etc She then basically says that they dont stock the kind of dresses im looking into - as there quite high waisted , and those kind of dresses didnt sell well in their shop so they no longer stock that style as they only stock whats popular - fair enough!
So then she politley says to me that style anyway will only emphises the body making people hips look ten times bigget - another words im big enough so it wouldn't flatter my body lol So she shows me some dresses and i say yes i like that no dont like that etc etc - so i end up with three to try on all completely different to what i've wanted. So i get my little underskirt thingy bob on lol and she starts getting me into dress number one - and my god did she pull those laces up to do it ! Lol
Loved the first one white , sparkly bit on the hip and on the bust line , really pulled me in at the waist beautiful - then the second one and the third one i hated so just wanted to get them on - she lookes a bit lost at this point - and then said she was nipping next door which is their sister shop. As she's doing so i turnd around and this dress just lit up , i was like WOW mum i love that dress - wonder if she'll let me try it on ?!
So she comes back with her mum , and they bring me this dress - which i didnt like the look of thought it was too rooshy i then told her i liked this dress , loved it it was the styles i was going for and i just wanted it there and then ! She said i was more than welcome to try it on , and her mum even said that because the bodice was elongated it'll flater my figure. It was a size 14 and she said they were very small fittings in this style so she held it agains me fist , whilst i had another dress on and i just loved it ! -
So she said c'mmon we'll get it on you. So she put it on , and i got out to the mirror and i though yeah this is the dress for me - it was everything i wanted in a dress perfect the colour the style beautiful. So that was it i got my dress after spending ages in it. I got a tiara to put in my hair and get the full effect - and she let me try ona veil which im still not having one it looked horrible lol She then took all my measurements - and i put my deposit down little over budget it but so worth it so it should be in May/June and she's put me down as prioroty for fittings as she knew about my problems and why id left it so late in the first place ,
shes ringing me tomorrow with a defo del' date ! Ive got a pic with me in it very bad one and one just on the hanger - but im not even on my pc yet so i'll add them later . For now ill post the model picture which is disgusting - its horrible ! Lol but looks so much better on me and i dont mean to sound big headed - the beading doesnt sit that low down on my body as i have curves ! Lol She even said that that dress shouldnt have been there it was in the wrong section so it must've been fate
