So i'm getting back on track with my diet and exercise from today and i'm determined to stick to it this time.
My OH is starting new job today and won't be finishing until 8.30 so i'm going to go straight to the gym after work at least 3 or 4 times a week, i have no reason not too as i'll only be sat at home on my own bored which always results in eating so i'm going to make the most of my free time and exersise.
As i'll have to make OH's dinner when he gets in i'm going to have salad or steam veg (all stuff that he doesn't like) and i'm going to cut out all the bad stuff.
So i need as many stick to it vibes you ladies can muster, lol.
