Back on track from today!!

So i'm getting back on track with my diet and exercise from today and i'm determined to stick to it this time.

My OH is starting new job today and won't be finishing until 8.30 so i'm going to go straight to the gym after work at least 3 or 4 times a week, i have no reason not too as i'll only be sat at home on my own bored which always results in eating so i'm going to make the most of my free time and exersise.

As i'll have to make OH's dinner when he gets in i'm going to have salad or steam veg (all stuff that he doesn't like) and i'm going to cut out all the bad stuff.

So i need as many stick to it vibes you ladies can muster, lol.

    Well i done it, got the bus straight to the gym, half an hour on the bike and half an hour on the treadmill then walked home so probably another 20 minutes.

    My legs are killing today and i've got a blister but the show must go on, same routine tonight. ?

    Get on! I wish I could do that - I just get so bored in the gym...I am cracking down with myself though and I am going to get my arse into shape fr my wedding!! Keep going and let us know how everything goes Smiley smile x x

    We all can get bored in gym very soon, but then Gym helps most when it's about loosing weight.
