bargain!

I have an addiction to a shop called Dunelm Mill. I make a visit once a week and I rarely walk out empty handed.

Todays shopping consisted of a doormat for the vestibule, a new lampshade for the lounge, some decorative hearts and a bargain piece of polka dot PVC. There was 1.5m of the stuff but someone had opened the bag and torn the bar code so she had no choice but to charge me at the price of the numerical code which was a whopping big 2.99. Practically half price.

Now I dont know whether to make another table cloth for my vintage kitchen, a cover for me desk in my cabin OR a couple of polka dot pinnies for Xmas presents lololol....... do people wear aprons anymore???

Ooh I love DM! I still wear pinnies in the kitchen (I also sometimes keep it on to eat as I'm super messy)

PS. we need a flash of all your new purchases please!!

table cloth underneath is the dark green gingham....this piece is actually too short for the dining table........ would suit my little office better...

1.29 for med and 1.99 for large. I got the last of both sizes. They seeem very popular and are the cheapest ive ever seen. I saw them on ebay for silly money!

Ooh that's really good! I'm gonna have to go over to my local Dunelm soon and get me a ton of those!

Almost bought some larger willow ones out of a nice little shabby chic shop for £5 but decided I'd look for cheaper or attempt to make my own (!)

Loving the hearts teehee, I am another DM fan, I was in over the weekend salivating over their Christmas decorations, think I may have to go back soon and buy some (or lots)

Ooh I like your style Claire! I don't need an apron as I got a Cath Kidston one for a wedding pressie... but any polka dot/ heart loveliness would be gratefully received if I am someone's Secret Bearded Present- Giver!! x

Bring back stockings! I love retro presents! I do also get giddy about kitchen accessories though and my CK apron was one of my best wedding pressies. It's pink with white polkadots- super purdy!
