bathroom door.

When we bought our house the bathroom door was glass panels. We bought a can of silver frosting and it looked okay. Well we're getting new doors put in and H wants to do the same as it really gives light into the hall, which is dark anyway. Is it wrong to have a glass door in the bathroom??

Lauraloo, thats what we were thinking, or doing what we did with the current door and frosting it ourselves.

I think it's OK as long as you don't have guests often as I'd find it a bit strange, even if only a body outline could be seen.

I had frosted glass panels (the top half) in the bathroom door in my old house. I made a roman blind to go on the door to preserve the modesty of guests should they so desire!

It wouldn't bother me- as an owner or a guest- but if you have shy friends they might not like the idea.
