I want honest opinions on what you would think if you opened an invite and along the bottom was the Beethoven quote 'ever mine, ever thine, ever ours.' I have loved this since I used Beethoven's letter in an English lit essay at uni, and I feel it sums up the way Oh and I feel about marriage, he also really likes the quote. However I am put off by the fact it is in the sex and the city movie and whilst I love carrie I don't want people to think my quote is tacky or cheesy. It also fits nicely with my shakespeare reading. So do I stick with it because it means something to us, and not worry about what some people might think or leave it off? Am I over thinking it?
