oh my god, my sister has found the most fab fat pic of me, i think its 5ish years ago and i had to look twice, i wondered whose lap my daughter was sitting on! so im going to share. before after at my best mates wedding (i was his best man) come on ladies and gents share yours.

Wow, this thread is very inspirational.

I have no after picture as yet as i have only been losing weight since Nov 08, and it has been a struggle. However, i now seem to be doing the right thing with a little pharmacological help, and am losing well, by, yep, eating less and moving more.

I have lost 5kgs, but have at least 10 more to lose. However, i only have 2/3 more to lose before i am only overweight, and not obese, now that is my first target.

I will post before and afters, if i ever get to after (well, i will, i have to for my health)

Well done everyone! I don't really have before and after pics yet... especially as I'm not after and still during! Will try and find something!

Ginger - it's really a special moment when you drop into the overweight BMI bracket. I was 36 when I started out and am now a resounding 29 (yay!)

This post is really inspirational x
