Bespoke shoes, anyone had them?

Hiya,

I am having real trouble finding any wedding shoes I like, I have scowered the whole net! I basically need a 2.5 heel or under and I find the lower the heel goes, the less pretty the shoes get.

Has anyone had bespoke shoes made? I'm quite interested but not sure who to go to etc.
