Birdcage centrepieces... where did you get yours?

Sarah-March-2013, 1 July, 2012 at 22:34 Posted on Planning 0 13

I was sure I was seeing these every-bloody-where... until I decided that I was having them as my centre pieces, and now I can't find them anywhere ?

Where did you get yours?

WHere are you based? Do you want to do them yourself or have someone do them for you?

I cant find what I'm after on either of those sights, thanks tho ?

I have a florist but I'm trying to source them myself. I'm based in Fife. I'm trying to look into hiring them too, but no luck as of yet.

My florist is getting all my decorations including a couple of bird cages. She's kindly buying them at trade prices for me as that works out cheaper than hiring. Even if you want to get them yourself, maybe your florist could recommend where to look?

I've been emailing her about it and she said that she had seen some but that they were £40 each, which is quite a lot when I still want mirrors, pearls and flowers (real) too. I am going to see her in a few weeks so will maybe suggest she helps me lol! Thanks x

I have these they are 53cm tall and look stunning when they are dressed and have t lights in .They are £17.99 from The Wedding Mall and the more you buy the cheaper they get, these are selling on ebay new for over £25 each. You would easily get your money back if you sold them afterwards

Store 21 have the bird cages, just checked and there is one in Fife! Also places like the Range or Matalan if you have one near, or know people near one? I think they're roughly £15-£20 depending on where you look Smiley smile hope that helps a little x
