Origami cranes? Something like ^^ that but with something else in the middle instead of flowers?

How about something like this (above)but with the birds on wires coming out of some flowers/leaves/other centre piece.

I also saw some lovely christmas decorations last year which were birds with feathers making their tails in bold colours - these could be adapted perhaps. Something a bit like this? (below)

Ahhh, now the birds on the top photo are more what I like, just simply white (or whiteish) small cute birds. Where is that picture from??

My friend had a bird theme and collected lots of little brass bird figures from Ebay which she put on each table. Then she gave them away at the end - we have a wee brass peacock on our fireplace!

These are pretty cool.......the birds could be hand made if you're anything crafty from bargin bucket scraps, stuffed and double up as favours/momentos for your guests to take home?

These come in a small and larger size and are a bargain. I was considering getting some, but my local store sold out. Even my mum thought they were really lovely! ?

OOOOOH now I like that! What I need is to get some of those and something larger as the main centrepeice.
