Bit stuck on what to sort next and when?

Well personally if i was you...i wouldnt sort BM suits yet or bridemaids dresses as sizes may change in a year....however i would look for centrepices, flowers, favours, venue decs, readings and music if any??? togs or videographers or any entertainment or any food thet you need to decide on. xx

We're simular time scale to you as in we don't get married until next May. So far we have the venue, tog, registra, car, dress ordered, flowers booked, chair covers and centre pieces booked.

The only reason I have booked abit more then you is:

Car is a vintage one and not many left. This one is local so cheaper then coming from further afield.

Flowers supplier booking 10mths in advance and May is one of her busy months along with September.

Chair covers, chose our supplier, no point in delaying booking.

Center pieces which are candelabra, did not want them being booked out by someone else.

We hope to get the cake sorted next, or at least have a better idea what we are doing. In two minds whether to get an M&S one or have one made for us. Going to a Wedding Fair on the 26th so hope to be a bit clearer on that then. Went and looked at rings yesterday but was told that gold only goes up in January so won't go up any more until next Jan so not quite a rush for these now.

Who is marrying you? Church or civil ceremony? I would say get that sorted out next x

Civil ceremony. Registrars won't book further than a year in advance here, I've rung so have to ring back a year before. Got dj sorted but been looking for entertainment for day. Food is all sorted through the venue. Will have a look through the things you have mentioned. Have got florist coming round to go through and give me a price next week x
