Booked my Honeymoon today (self indulgent flash alert!)

That looks amazing! I've not been before but I've been to another resort not too far from there in Kemer. It's where we got engaged Turkey is full of amazing resorts - I've know a lot of people who has been and everyone has always enjoyed it. Great choice!

I'd email them and let them know you're on honeymoon, tell them that you're hoping to return to celebrate anniversaries etc and ask if there is anything they could do to make your honeymoon extra special. Then don't forget to take your marriage certificate and show it when you check in.

Looks gorgeous, I've handed over full responsibility to the groom to be for the honeymoon - got fed up organising EVERYTHING for the wedding so we did a shortlist together and he's going to book it and tell me where we're going on the wedding day. I've given him express instructions to get as many upgrades and freebies as possible when he goes the travel agent.

Haha, I know what you mean! Good luck with it, I am hoping to get a room upgrade, or at least some fruit in my room. I'm planning all inclusive though so a basket of fruit seems a bit pointless? Will see what they come up with anyway

Well, it worked? I emailed the hotel and they have upgraded us to the honeymoon package!! Yay, feel like i've achieved something. Everyone should do this!!

Haven't been to the hotel (which looks fabulous btw) but have been to Belek. Friends of ours have an apartment there. It's a very quiet area, some lovely little restaurants but no nightlife. I'm sure your hotel will have plenty to do though....and what a hotel ?
