Bath with my Mum, aunt and CBM. We're going to a spa tomorrow afternoon, dinner at the hotel in the evening. Saturday we're meeting my cousin and his GF for a cuppa, shopping, dinner in a nice restaurant.

Getting married there on 22nd June 2011 - and I'm so excited. We had sort of decided on another venue but felt we couldn't make a decision until we'd seen Cooling, especially after Stazzle & VeeDubLuv raved about it - and they weren't wrong - booked it on the spot!

Yes im in Bexleyheath so very near to you! No not done anything yet have literally just booked the venue. But i do want to get some things done in advance as i like to be organised! What about you?

I am getting really excited. We have rushed the whole thing and only booked it a month ago so it has been manic. I have been on the phone regularly to CCB to make sure I can get things sorted and they have always been polite and helpful (regardless of how stupid my question or if I have only just phoned them!) They have made it possible for me to sort out a wedding in 3 months, I am sure with other venues I would be pulling my hair out. They even managed not to laugh when I phoned and asked if they had any dates available this summer!!

We have a right little cooling club going here ?

I haven't done much else but I also like to be organised, so will definitely be sorting the 'big' things out this year. Have chosen bridesmaid dresses and they've all had their measurements taken - just haven't ordered them yet cos I can't decide on colour. Have had one dress shopping session (for my dress) and pretty sure I've found 'the one' but going again next weekend to make sure. Have confirmed the date with the registrar. Booked the cake lady. So next on my list is Photographer and Florist!

Vicky - I will let you know how I get on with my florist, she is in Gravesend and the prices she has quoted have been really reasonable. I have a friend doing my table centrepieces so she is doing my bouquet, the buttonholes and getting me the flowers for my friend to use.

We went and gave notice today at Dartford. Make sure you book your registrar appointments early as they all seem really booked up and we are only able to get appointments later than I am happy with but our own fault for rushing these things.

Aah, that would be great! I'm in the exact same situation where I have friends doing centrepieces so will just need bouquet and button holes etc.

I am having a handtied gerbera bouquet, 5 button holes and 50 gerbera heads for the tables and it is costing us £120. £45 for the bouquet, £2.50 a button hole and £60 something for the rest. I was pleasantly surprised. Is a place called Flower Heaven if you want to look it up on the internet. Will flash pics in a couple of months!!!

That does sound good, i'll def look them up. And can't wait for you to flash your wedding pics.

Ours is in 11 weeks time - getting scary now, but really exciting too. I see you're in Bexleyheath - I know it well, have lived in Dartford for 3 years now but come from Sidcup and worked in Bexleyheath for about 4 years while I was doing my A Levels and degree! Have you always lived in the area?
