Hey folks
We are stocking the bar ourselves and I am unsure about the quantities. Any thoughts welcome
A bit of background: We are having an afternoon reception for about 38 (including 7 children). We are serving Pimms/sparkling wine/non-alcoholic with cream teas. All very relaxed; light drinkers. Evening do for alltogether 65; some of them moderate drinkers. It's a DIY Holiday Cottage wedding and the evening invites state that we are supplying basics and, if special things are wanted, people are invited to bring their own bottle.
This is what we have:
24 bottle white
24 bottles red
24 bottles sparkling wine
100 bottles lager (275ml)
a 75 pint keg of a local ale
8 bottles of Pimms
selecton of non-alcoholic: coke, lemonade, sparkling water, lime cordial, oj
Is this enough, considering that the evening invites say byo?
