Hi,

Have any of you had a boudoir shoot? Or thinking of having one? I have seen some pics of one on this forum and am now considering it but dont know how much they cost or whether Id be comfortable doing it! I've recently lost s lot of weight so not feeling massively comfortable as I have a saggy belly!! Did your boyfriends/hubbys like them??

Hi meggiemoo! I had mine last year with Nicola Grimshaw-Mitchell (www.myboudoir.co.uk). I'd highly recommend having a shoot - I REALLY enjoyed mine, the make-over was fantastic and Nicola is such a nice lady she put me completely at ease straight away. It was a HUGE confidence boost for me as i'd not long had a baby and was very unhappy with my lumpy bits! I never take a nice photo - not ever - and Nicola took loads and loads of really gorgeous flattering pics of me - i still cant believe how she managed to do it! My hub loved his album and was so amazed that i'd been brave enough to do it as I dont even dare undress in front of him! He even had a wee tear in his eye when he told me how much he loved the pics - bless him! I paid about £400 for my shoot but Nicola does have shoots from about £200. She's not the cheapest i've seen (or the most dear!) but I really looked around for the style I wanted and Nicola is a great photographer.
