bought my first wedding bit!

The first purchase is exciting. I'm not sure what ours was? I think it was some tealight lanterns and bubble wands from Poundland? We got them on the way home from booking the venue! We just saw them whilst in there and as the venue booking made it feel real, we just bought them on impulse!

ebay has many great wedding things - I've got most of my wedding stuff from there! Good luck, and make sure you have lots of storage space for all your wedding junk treasure!

Aww, I love that feeling of excitement, even if it's just something small, it's just another reminder that you're marrying the person you love

I can't remember what our firs purchase was.. unless you count venue. That was the first thing we put money down on. Then other suppliers, too..

But I think I made an impulse purchase of 10 hurricane lanterns to use as centre pieces.. before realising that they wouldn't work well with our tables! I have since sold 8 of them and will use the other two to decorate the dessert buffet

Very exciting! Can't remember what ours was, probably some teacups and teapots from the local carboot!
