[bounce] Weekend Good/Bad thread!!

Hhhmmmm, ok.......

GOOD - its the weekend and payday (well it was Wednesday for me)

GOOD - the BMs and my mum and coming round tonight to help make the invitations

GOOD - going for my dress fitting tomorrow

GOOD - having a nice night to myself in front of the telly with wine & Xfactor tomorrow night

BAD - might need to work on Sunday

All in, pretty positive

Ive never done one of these before so here goes....

Bad: Had a bit of a **** start to the weekend

Good: Had my family and you guys to support me

Good: Pay day

Bad: Not got much left after all my bill (Boo)

Good: Seeing other half tonight

Bad: Was meant to be telling MIL2B about baby

Good: Get a lie in tomorrow hopefully

Bad: Putting the caravan 'to bed' (well attempting to help anyway) so no more hols til next year

Good: Church on sunday so will pray for a few things this week

Bad: My cousin is leaving to go to Thailand

Good: Get to see my uncle

Bad: Break the news and have work the next day

Have a nice weekend xxx

Good: We're away for the weekend for H's cousin's birthday and tomorrow night is fancy dress!

Good: Looking forward to having a wander round somewhere new on Saturday!

Good: We've just heard that we should be getting our car back next week after the accident we were involved in at the end of our honeymoon.

Bad: In my eyes the car will never be the same ☹️

Bad: I've got so much stuff to do at home that I'm not going to get done cos we're away. It'll have to wait until next week now!

GOOD - Rob/OH's parents are coming tomorrow and we're going for a pub lunch.

BAD - The house is a tip! I know they're coming to see us, but I can't let them in with it looking like this!

GOOD - I have just had to sign for my birthday present from Rob It's obviously something from Cath Kidston, because of the packaging!!!!

BAD - I can't find out what it is until my birthday on the 10th.

GOOD - My friend's New Moon / Twilight party is new weekend!!!!

BAD - I can't find a grass green t-shirt ANYWHERE, but I neeeeeeed one for the outfit.

GOOD - I have lots of Toffee Apple Cider for this weekend - YUMMMM!

BAD - The cats still have their colds.

Good: I finally seem to be getting over my cough and sore throat that I've had for 3 weeks

good: going shopping tomorrow somewhere different

good: might be able to finish my Christmas present shopping

good: it's halloween and my LO likes dressing up

bad: the kids that are far too old to be trick or treating that knock far too late and annoy my dogs and have attitude problems

bad: work Sunday and half term is over so back to the day job on Monday

bad: after a lovely week weatherwise I think the storms may be coming

Gah, someone beat me to it! Apols for being so slow on the uptake today, but GOOD: I'm on a day off and had a nice long lie in! First day off for ages, but BAD: it will be the last one for aaaaages. GOOD: up in Glasgow for the weekend seeing the in-laws and my nephew and best Scottish mates! Watch out glasgow west end tomorrow night... GOOD: it's payday! BAD: it's raining up here, and no doubt it's beautifully sunny in Kent!

Oooh I like these...ok here goes...

Good: Its Friiiiidddddaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!! I love the weekend as OH and I get to spend most of them together

Good: We are having a Halloween party tomorrow night and its going to be AWESOME! lol

Bad: I dont get paid for another week ☹️

Good: My sister is coming up from my home town of Lincoln for our party! This is great as were really close but dont get to spend that much time together as I'm in Hull and she has 2 munchkins to contend with

Bad/Good: We have to go OH's neices christening on Sunday morning. This would normally be good but I will most probably have a hangover and my house will be trashed so its alos kinda bad!!

Good: I finish work at 4 today

Good - OH gets paid today

Good - Going out tonight to celebrate OH parents 35th wedding anniversary

Bad - Have got a headache from hell

Bad - Going to have to cancel my Hen night

Bad - Have to face all my so called mates who let me down tomorow

Good - Get to dress my 2 little girls up for halloween

Good - Get to act like a child for a couple of hours

Good - Get a little lie in tomorrow

Bad - still have no job☹️

Good - am able to vent my spleen on here!

GOOD - OH is buying us a curry takeaway tonight, and Im grabbing the wine

BAD - have work tomorrow

BAD - Have work sunday

GOOD - Sunday PM is the start of my 'holiday'. OH and I have the week off so are going to stay on my parents boat for the weekend - a break thats well earned!!

So not much exciting to report!!

GOOD: I made it to my one day course all the way down in London and back and I survived!!lol

GOOD: Going to try on the sample of my dress in the shop again tomorrow

GOOD: OHs mum is coming too as she's desperate to see it

GOOD: They we're all going to Cheshire Oaks!!

GOOD/BAD: True to form my mum has now offered to do some extra seliveries for her job which couldn't possibly wait til Monday so now isn't sure she can come...at least she won't be there to tell me I'm fat.

BAD: This means we've had another row cos she's taking the whole day off next week to take my cousin to a hockey match in Sheffield but doesn't give a cr@p about commitments she's already made to me

GOOD: I have nothing else to do this weekend so will be having a lovely relaxing time with my OH ?

Good times: OH bought a case of Mud House sauvignon blanc as an early Crimbo present. I'm allowed a bottle tonight (will try and share)

Bad times: I'm not allowed any more until Crimbo

Good times: found a lush Cath Kidston duvet set

Bad times: going to cost £100 so will wait for the sale!

Good times: I'm carving more pumpkins

Bad times: They are fiddly little blighters

Good times: going to (hopefully) get new sofas on Sunday

Bad times: got to see the FBIL and his GF who has been sending nasty emails about me and my choice of BMs - and I have to be civil. More wine might be needed beforehad...grrrr.

Good times: IT'S THE WEEKEND - WOOOP WOOOOOOOOP! X

Good - it's nearly the weekend

Bad - not payday, got paid last week

Really Bad - have to go to dentist later for fillings ?

If that wasn't Bad enough - have to give dentist lots of money. Honestly, they should pay you for turning up and enduring the treatment.

Good: Going to Fort Amherst in Chatham, Kent for a fright night tonight with some great mates!

Good: OH is home after working away for a few days

Very Good: Its my birthday Halloween party tomorrow night and its going to rock!

Bad: I am going to need to recover ALOT from this on Sunday

Bad: Back to work Monday after a week off

Good??- John and Edward survive another X-Factor week????

Oooo I could get used to doing this every week.

Good - Going to London tonight in a limo for a friends birthday

Bad - have to pay for limo and london-priced drinks

Bad - Will be skint at the end of the weekend, even though I only got paid on Monday, money has gone out for mortgage, holiday and bills. Yuck!!

Good - Will get a free dinner on Sunday as OH's family are treating us all for dinner as it is OH's brother's birthday.

Good - Going to start planning when to try on wedding dresses ?

Good/Bad - kitten is getting her jabs so she can start going outside (they cost money too!)

Good - feeling better after a week of being ill

Bad - Working tonight

Good - Xfactor

Bad/Good - Halloween, not going out, not dressing up, not really doing anything... not even going to have any little kids knocking on the door (not in a pervy way, but in an aww you're dress as a cute pumpkin, have some sweets way!). Kids don't knock on doors of pubs asking for sweets! Good bit is no effort required!

Bad - It's nasty outside!

After the downer of a week, feeling a little better thanks to some good friends

Good Off out tomorrow night for h's/now mine nephews birthday fireworks etc and b&q with hotpot

Bad lots of work to do in the bedroom, as carpet being fitted next wednesday

Bad: we have leaking radiator pipes in bedroom

Good plumber coming in morning

Good counting down the days till docs appointment and sleeping in bedroom cross fingers next wednesday. Even nothing else in and its just the bed ?
