I have toast or cereal normally. Sometimes I'll have crumpets or porridge though.

Sometimes have scrambled egg on toast, or a small omlette. But normally I have toast or a crumpet. Oh and I am partial to a bit of natural yoghurt with some granola.

Weekday mornings I either have toast, weetabix or cereal of some kind.

At the weekend I will have scrambled egg, beans or mushrooms on toast or crumpets or a toasted teacake.

On a Sunday I will have a full english breakfast, but grilled and not fried.

I've been trying to get into the habit of having breakfast too, and these days have porridge with some fruit in it and juice most mornings. If I don't have that I will have toast and juice. Weekends it depends - sometimes we have melon, or scrambled eggs, or a fry-up, or bacon butties...

I'm not a huge breakfast fan, but I do like yoghurt & granola. Especially with strawberries, but nice just on its own too.

I usually have fruit salad. Much nicer in the summer due to seasonal fruit but I can find melon, mango etc now.

I usually have sultana bran. I can't eat cereal without it being loaded with sugar so the sultanas work for me in the sweetness stakes.

toasted muffins with quark and chopped dried apricots
    porridge

Weetabix with fruit - raspberries etc, or with yoghurt and honey

    Porridge with honey, coffee, juice.

Toasted things - crumpets, bagels, hot cross buns, drop scones etc.

At the moment i am loving porridge made with rice milk, a dollop of fruit puree (today was apple and plum) and a dollop of yoghurt.

scrambled eggs is good at the weekend, with smoked salmon if you have it, and chopped parsley sprinkled over.

on the run i have a couple of oatcakes spread with nut butter. ridiculously filling.

I go through phases with cereals - sometimes frosted wheats, sometimes bran flakes, sometimes cornflakes, sometimes porridge etc etc.

At the moment I try and make myself eat at least an apple and pear for breakfast, during the week.

However, at weekends, OH recently bought me a waffle maker - so for the last few weekends we've been having waffles. I've perfected the recipe for plain ones flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon, and served with vanilla ice cream?
Am going to try other flavours such as pecan, and chocolate.

I have discovered stewed fruit. Bear with me, it's nicer than it sounds!

Put dried figs, apricots & prunes in a pan & cover with water & add a spoon of sugar. Simmer for about 20 mins until the fruit is realy soft & then serve with natural yoghurt and honey. I also have had this with pancakes too ?
