Bride Diet Help

kellsnwells13, 4 February, 2011 at 22:09 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

Hi ladies,

I am desperate for some advice, I get married in December and would love to loose a couple of stone for the big day. I weigh 10stone 2 now but at only 5foot 1 that just seems too big for me. I have big boobs though which doesn't help. I have been super good this week and have eaten cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch and healthy evening meals. The main problem is that I am a Mummy to a beautiful 1 year old little girl called Lily-Mai and with my finace being in the army so away from home Monday - Friday and me working full time I have no opportunity to go to the gym.

Do you have any tips for good diets or exercises that I can do at home, please help :-)

xxxx

What about Wii fit or other wii games? They do a dance mat game which is quite fun.

Being totally clueless about kids I don't know if they walk at one? If your little girl is of walking age you could get down on the floor with her, playing chase and hide & seek around the house. Failing that housework is a great calorie burner. Clean those little areas you would never even think of...get an old toothbrush and scrub the grout on the tiles, lol. Or redecorate if that's an option, a new lick of paint, painting is a killer on the arms.

I have used various fitness dvds for years and been very happy with them. It so easy to use the dvds at home, you don´t have to drag yourself to a gym and it´s way cheaper as well! It´s so much easier to squeeze in a 30-40 minute workout at home few times a week then going to the gym. And you get a really good exercise with the dvds. I´ve used the Davina ones, 10 minute abs and tracy anderssons. I rotate them so i don´t get bored. Smiley smile

    Good luck!
