We've not used any wedding magazines at all in any of our planning.

I would imagine You and Your Wedding will be up there at the top along with Brides.

Wedding Ideas is one of the most popular and more affordable.

Perfect Wedding & Brides and You & Your Wedding are also Popular.

Is there one called "you and your wedding" ?

I used to love the big glossy bridal magazines but got fed up of all the full page adverts and not enough real life weddings and achievable ideas, so I am now hooked on Wedding Ideas. I have just bought the 100th issue and it is brilliant!

I started out by buying Perfect Wedding and Wedding Ideas, then discovered Hitched and saved myself a small fortune!!!

The larger ones have too many adverts and too many ideas way out of budget.

Anniepie has Cosmo Bride really just ended? I only got an issue about two weeks ago and it had no mention of it being the last one? I read pretty much all of them but the two minis Wedding Ideas and another I can't recall are my favourites. Much more realistic for people without a six figure budget

I was reading something today but I thought it was another magazine that ceased not cosmo...Would have thought it was popular...

I had a subscription to Cosmo Bride so I was pretty gutted to read in the Editors column last week that it's the last issue. I probably won't buy any magazines now as they are probably more useful towards the start of planning - we decided on all the big things now and most of the detail.

I was given some old Wedding Ideas from a friend and noticed that they run the exact same articles in two separate issues (about a year apart). I suppose they all do this, and I suppose most brides wouldn't notice, but it definitely made me think that buying more wouldn't be any more help.

You find that with most magazines. The articles are just repeated. At least they were with photography mags. New people come along all the time.

I have only just finished reading my first wedding mag, it was Wedding Ideas.

I noticed it had a nice offer if you subscribe to 13 months...then I realised, thats no use to me though!!! LOL

Wedding Ideas is by far and way the best in my opinion. It has far less adverts than most and a lot more real weddings. Perfect Weddings is also pretty good.

You and Your Wedding always looks promising from the front cover but always disappoints me.
