Bridesmaid

LuxuriousYellowDecor168, 15 September, 2014 at 19:01 Posted on Planning 0 6

I am getting married in a lovely hotel with my teenage daughter as my only bridesmaid. Does she walk in front or behind me, or is it a personal choice?

It's really upto you, I had 2 bridesmaids. They walked in single file and I then came in after them x

I find that it's more popular these days for the bride to go last, but the "correct" way is for the bride to go first. So it's up to you!

Mine will go in before me, ideally single file so the end of the song times with me getting to H2B but i'll make sure they're OK with that first Smiley smile

My personal opinion is that the BMs should go first ... apparently it is traditional for the bride to walk in first but I believe all eyes should be on the bride .. not .. 'ooh the bride looks lovely...awwww look at the bridesmaids'

That is just my opinion. I think once the bride has come in that is when the vows etc should begin .. It is totally up to you what order you want though x
