Bridesmaid Bouquets?

OrdinaryGirl, 14 June, 2012 at 20:09 Posted on Planning 0 1

I can't decide whether to get my 2 bridesmaids bouquets or not. We're not really having flowers and are getting married at a registry office, although I am going to get a silk orchid bouquet from Ebay and the lady can make smaller matching bouquets for the bridesmaids, but I'm not sure if it's really worth getting them as they'll only be holding them for about 20mins and I can't incorporate them into our table decorations. I was wondering whether to do corsages attached to a pearl bracelet instead. What do you all think? Would it look odd if I have a bouquet but my bridesmaids don't?

It won't look odd; wrist corsages are quite a popular alternative now, and nice bags instead of bouquets seem to be another increasingly popular alternative.

Wrist corsages are becoming increasingly popular, especially for those having many bridesmaids as it works out a lot cheaper. Although it certainly wouldn't look odd if only you had a bouquet. An example of our wrist corsage is below:
