Would you consider the high street stores? Coast, Monsoon and even MHS have beautiful dresses that don't necessarily cost a fortune. With all of the "summer" sales on right now you could grab a real bargain??

BHS have sOme great red wine coloured ones for these then £100. They have a sale on too. I have some called merlot!

I dont know where you live but the birmingham dress lady takes roughly 6 weeks, and that is where i am getting my dresses from!! she is only charging me £60 each, and mine are copies that in the shop cost £220 each!!!!

I hope that you are able to find something. The high streets have their sales on aswell

Doesn't help with getting a replacement, but how did you pay the company? Did you purchase off Ebay and use PayPal? If so, write a complaint email to the company demanding a refund given that they've messed up twice now. If/when they refuse you, lodge a dispute with Ebay and PayPal, as well as the credit card company you used to fund the transaction (if you used a card to fund it.)

Oh, and if it helps (though it probably doesn't), my wedding's in 2 weeks and one of my bridesmaids doesn't have a dress either yet!
