Hi All!

I'm new here first ever post! Im getting married at the Lowry in July 2012 and am just getting into the swing of this wedding planning!

Now my first ever query!

I'm having 6 Bridesmaids who are all different shapes and sizes (size 18-size 8) and am looking for dresses, obviously the cheaper the better...

My BM;s have all agreed to pay £50 each for their dresses and I am willing to put in another £20 and also pay for thier shoes and jewellry..

Please help I need cheap but lovely... I've seen a few websites based in America with love dresses but I am unsure about them... any experiences?

Try the birmingham dress lady, she's been used on here by lots of people

and she's fab i'm going to get my bridesmaid dresses from her

Try my dress new york or something along that line, they do dessy dresses at fraction of GB prices and they are great, dessy dresses just from america which is originally where dessy are from xx

Everyone is raving about the 'birmingham lady' a seller on ebay. there is a post a few down. Im going to see her next sunday to order! She is making some from pictures that i've sent for between £35 and £45 per dress

She does sound pretty good let me know how you get on,

I'm planning on going to visit her from Manchester with my 3 bridesmaids, 2 of which live in Somerset

So it'll be a nice day trip out lol x

I've heard loads of good reviews about The Birmingham Dress Lady, , , does anyone have hear address, as i'm North Birmingham I would like to visit rather than order online, , ,

I have 4 bridesmaids and bought their dresses for £36 each off Asos! They are really lovely, made of good material and much cheaper than having to have one made or buying one in a bridal boutique (couldn't BELIEVE the prices in there).
