I liove not far from there - have never been myself but did get the brochures when we were looking for reception venues and it looked gorgeous but was a little out of our price range.

Are you from Medway? Where and when you having your ceremony? x

I grew up in Medway but now live in London. We are getting married at upnor castle then most likely over to bridgewood for the reception.

Never heard of bridgewood manor, but just wanted to say hi ? as i'm another kentish bride. i have friends in upnor - gorgeous little place.

We are getting married in Maidstone at Archbishops Palace registry office then on to the Roffen Suite in Rochester x

Hi! I am a Florist in Medway (although no longer working in shop) I did a couple of receptions at the Bridgewood although that was a very years ago it always seem organised, friendly and professional. Obviously I can't say what they are like now but I haven't heard any major complaints. Have you tried asking on some of the other wedding website forums? Maybe your get lucky and find smeone who's been married there!? Emma x

We aren't getting married until April next year so not much planned yet. Bridgewood are being really slow at replying to our final queries which is a little frustrating - hope if we confirm our booking they are more helpful with the important stuff! Actually finding reception hunting in Medway quite tough - i want to get onto the fun bits like dress shopping!

Hey all, Ended up doing a bit of a U-turn! Didn't feel comfortable with Bridgewood in the end so we are going with the Russell hotel. So far they have been excellent and its such a pretty setting. Feels such a relief to have finally decided on a reception venue!
