budget photographer for registry office wedding in oxford

My friend who got engaged at christmas has now set a date of 19 september but is on a very tight budget so has decided that she will make do with guest photographs. So she doesn't have any regrets about this i would like to get her a photographer to at least take some photos at the register office as my wedding gift to her. I am in west sussex so if anyone has any recommendations for budget photographers in oxford or any that do specials for register offices i would be most grateful :-)

As it's a Friday you may find a photographer will do a deal. Try the suppliers directory here, there will be plenty registered around London/Oxford areas.
