I think there are a few people who go all out & get them for every male in the families. But I think the norm is just the wedding party men - dads, BM, Ushers, Page Boy. These are the only ones we are getting for, everyone else can sort themselves!!

    We're doing...

Groom, Best Person, both Dad's and both Mum's.

I asked both mum's if they'd prefer a corsage but both wanted buttonholes, fine by me as there half price, he he.

Normally, they are provided for principal guests i.e., Groom, Best Man, FOB, FOG and any ushers in attendance if required. Ladies have corsages. It's no longer tradition to provide them for everybody and not many people would expect it these days but if your budget will allow, then you could have them for everyone but ushers need to be briefed on making sure they hand them out to everyone as they arrive otherwise they will get left in the box Smiley sad

They are some ideas on my buttonhole gallery on my website www.rainbowweddingflowers.co.uk if that helps.

    Most couples go fpr

    Groom,

Best man (or men if there are more than one)

    Fathers (and stepfathers)

    Ushers / Witnesses

Mothers (but they may prefer wristcorsages of handbag decoration)

    Grandparents.

Generally the only wedding where they have ahad trhem for everyone is where there have been 30 or less people in total inc bride, bridesmaids etc so no one feels left out.

If you can afford it I'd get for these too. Will save any potential unpleasantness and ill feeling.
