buying makeup as gifts

I'm really fussy about the make up I use (having spent a lot of time and money over the years discovering what works for me). I'd prefer a MAC voucher so I can chose my own stuff rather than someone buying something I won't use.

Benefit might do small gift sets.

I bought Mac Vouchers for my Daughter for her Birthday as she only wear Mac, she ended up with £300 worth of vouchers as the rest of the family & some of her friends had the same idea! She was chuffed to bits!

What about giving a voucher instead for either Mac or another make up company? Make up can either be the bestest pressie ever or the worst possible thing! Most women are VERY particular about which brands they will or will not wear and unless you know for sure what skin type, shade, number, density etc of stuff they normally wear, it could be money wasted whereas with a voucher, they can put it towards their choice.

If not Mac, perhaps a Debenhams Beauty Gift card....choice of brands then.
