....I'm about to do Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred and I'm concerned JM may kill me.

    I think the thing I like the best is that even if you think you're about to die you know there's only another 3 mins max of whatever you're doing, so you can generally make yourself keep going. Whereas if you're on a running machine and dying, and you know you've still got another 29 minutes it's hard to make yourself carry on.

    I survived and I only swore at her once!

    It wasn't that banned - I prefer EA Sports Active on the Wii as the woman shouts at me if I slack off...

    You will need it!!

    Nah not really....well if you are not used to exercise it is preeeeetty tough but if you are already fairly fit then you won't find it too bad.

    It does work though and it is so easy to do and fit in to a day.

    I'm completely inspired - am gonna buy this on pay day - please keep us up to date on how it's going - before and after pics would be excellent lol

    I've been spurred on to actually do something - have had a look at the fitness classes available at my gym (haven't been to the gym in forever but I'm a member so might as well get my money's worth!) and am booked into an introduction to Body Pump tomorrow lunchtime, sounds good, need to get rid of my wobbly bits and tone up my bingo wings!

    FutureMrsRon....Bodypump is great, I used to teach it! It basically works all your major muscles groups and the idea is that your are working each group solely for upto five minutes at a time - so five mins of squats, chest press, biceps etc - so start with very low weights, even 1kg either side on your bar for your first class.

    You will ache in places you never knew existed for the next couple of days after a BP class but I promise you if you do two classes a week then you will see a difference in a months time!

    Sounds like it works though. I might invest in it myself. I tried the 10 minute solutions blast off belly fat dvd and was lying in a crumpled heap on the floor crying to myself within first 5 mins. Eventually decided that i actually quite like my belly fat.

    I love the 30 day shread, I've been doing it now for 2 months 3-4 times a week and am now doing an hour of it, it really does work, its ace!

    Yep, every day for 30 days...you ideally do 10 days on stage 1, 10 on stage 2 and finish with 10 on day 3!

    I have had to cancel my gym membership for various reasons so I ordered this DVD last night to help shift the 2 1/2 stone I want to lose before my wedding.

    Fingers crossed it is as good for me as it was for all you lovely ladies !

    OMG! i've just done this dvd also - the 30 day shred, Day 1, Level 1 - think I will be on Level 1 for quite a while!!!!!

    This sounds better than doing it every day! dont think I could manage doing the exercise each day, but 3/4 times a week should be ok!
