C of E Order of Service Cards - have you made/ bought them? Ideas needed please!

After spending ages handmaking invitations, I thought I would look at buying Order of Service cards online. I have had a quick look but they seem so expensive!

Have any of you made your own? What have you done?

If you have bought them, where did you get them and how much did you pay?

Hi, I got order of service booklets printed here http://www.copycentre.com/orderofservice.php it was the cheapest pace I could find them

I made all of my stationary including the OOS - it was a very simple booklet made by folding A4 card.
